1. How to Enter: Beginning at 12:01 a.m. (PT) on June 1, 2008, go to www.bluraytraining.com (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to log in as an existing user or sign up to become a new user. Complete the online Blu-ray training module to earn one entry into the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes ends June 30, 2008 11:59 p.m. (PT). Limit one entry per person. Individuals who entered a previous Blu-ray Retail Training/PLAYSTATION®3 System Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter. Incomplete entries are void.
2. Winner Selection: A random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, on or about July 3, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and the judge’s decisions. Winners will be notified by email/mail. Limit one prize per person/household.
3. Prize & Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Two (2) Grand Prizes: one (1) PLAYSTATION®3 system and six (6) Sponsor-specified Blu-ray movie titles. ARV: $579.00 each. Total ARV: $1,158.00 of all prizes. No prize transfer or cash substitutes allowed except at Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc.’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of equal or greater value. Taxes on prize are solely the responsibility of winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the entry deadline.

Employees must be in good standing at the time of entry and at the time the prize is awarded. Employees, directors and officers of Buena Vista Home Entertainment Inc., Brian Unlimited Distribution Company, Gage Marketing Group and their respective parent companies, affiliates and their advertising and promotion agency (collectively the “Excluded Parties”), other entertainment studios and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
5. Conditions of Participation: Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold the Excluded Parties harmless from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winners agree that Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and its related and affiliated companies may use the winner’s name, address (city, state), photograph, videotape, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to winner relating to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc., its related and affiliated companies or to this Sweepstakes and grants to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and its related and affiliated companies any and all rights to said use without further notice and/or compensation. Should a prize be won by an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, prize will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent/legal guardian. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, entrant agrees to the official rules and judges’ decisions. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of California and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of the County of Los Angeles.

Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Los Angeles, California (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.
